The Life's Journey gallery showcases the famous Mossman carriage collection, where objects and stories are used to evoke memories and reflect the past. There are also fun activities for all the family: in the 'children' section you can practise carriage driving in our governess cart, and in the 'social status' area you can dress up and prentend you are a wealthy Victorian. Weddings are celebrated and interpreted with a changing display of dresses and costumes from the collection. You can also imagine what life is like when you live on the move and children can create thier own home in our play trailer, experience how holidays have changed and see how improvements in healthcare have impacted on our lives.
